Refund Policy
Overview
This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which payments made to KD FITNESS STUDIO for coaching packages may be refunded.
Cooling-Off Period
Clients may request a full refund within 3 days of enrollment, provided no more than one check-in or session has been delivered.
After The Cooling-Off Period
Once a coaching plan has been delivered and services have commenced beyond the cooling-off period, fees paid are generally non-refundable, as programming time and plan preparation have already been committed.
Exceptional Circumstances
Refund requests due to medical emergencies or circumstances beyond a client's control will be reviewed case by case, and a pro-rated refund may be issued at the studio's discretion.
Package Pausing
Instead of a refund, clients may request to pause their coaching package for a documented medical or personal reason. Pausing terms are agreed on a case-by-case basis.

Send a written request to kdfitnessstudio@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at +91 99070 74382, including your enrollment date and reason for the request. Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days.
